No — plan management is fully funded by the NDIS. The funding for your plan manager is separate from your other supports, so choosing Mervium doesn’t reduce your budget for the services you need. There are no hidden fees or out-of-pocket costs.
We process compliant invoices the same day we receive them and pay providers within one business day of receiving NDIS funds. We know that fast, reliable payments keep your providers happy and your supports running smoothly — so we don’t let invoices sit in a queue.
You or your providers can email invoices directly to us. For the fastest processing, submit invoices as a PDF with the participant’s name, NDIS number, service dates, line item details, and the provider’s ABN. If you’ve paid for something out of pocket and need a reimbursement, just send us the receipt with ‘Reimbursement’ in the subject line and we’ll take care of it.
Switching is simple and stress-free. Just get in touch with us and we’ll handle the transition — we notify your providers, take care of the paperwork, and make sure there’s no disruption to your supports. You stay in control the entire time.
